  • Blanch the ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes to remove impurities → Rinse with cold water.

2️⃣ Prepare the Sauce

  • Mix soy sauce, sugar, pear juice, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
