🥢 1. Ingredients (based on 2 servings)
✅ Basic ingredients
Tteokbokki rice cake (250g, garaetteok or wheat cake)
Fish cake (100g, square fish cake or long fish cake)
Onions (1/2, shredded)
Green onion (1 piece, cut diagonally)
Boiled eggs (1 to 2, optional)
Water (2 cups, 400ml)
✅ Tteokbokki sauce (sweet and sour seasoning)
Red pepper paste (1.5 tablespoons)
Red pepper powder (1 tablespoon, adjustable spiciness)
Sugar (1.5 tablespoons)
Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
Minced garlic (1 teaspoon)
Oligosaccharide (1 tablespoon, added gloss and sweetness)
Sesame oil (1 small drink, for finishing)
Sesame salt (a little bit, for garnish)

1️⃣ Make broth (optional)
Add 5 anchovies + 2 sheets of kelp and boil them with water (2 cups) for a deep taste.
If you want to make it simple, you can just use water

Soak tteokbokki rice cake in cold water for 10 minutes (soft)
Cut fish cake into bite-sized pieces

4️⃣ Boiling
Put stock (or water) + marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
