✅ Spicy Seasoning Paste
- Gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes) – 1 tbsp
- Gochujang (Korean red chili paste, optional) – 1/2 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Minced garlic – 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt & black pepper – to taste

1️⃣ Make the Spicy Base
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and stir-fry gochugaru, garlic, and meat (if using) for 1-2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and gochujang for extra flavor.
2️⃣ Add Broth & Vegetables
- Pour in 500ml of water or anchovy broth and bring to a boil.
- Add onion, zucchini, and seafood (if using) and simmer for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Add Soft Tofu & Simmer
- Gently add soft tofu by breaking it into chunks.
- Let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
4️⃣ Final Touch
- Crack 1 egg on top and let it cook slightly.
- Garnish with green onions and chili slices.
- Serve piping hot with steamed rice.
